Chen Li (Lily)
Lily is based in Shanghai. She is specialized in advising foreign direct investment in China, providing legal counsel services for foreign-invested enterprises (including but not limited to reviewing contracts written in Chinese and/or English and contract translations). Her clients to which legal counsel services are or had been rendered include subsidiaries in China of a multinational group headquartered in Germany (an adhesive producer/auto part supplier), subsidiaries in China of a biotechnology subsidiary in China of a USA listed company ranking in top 500 in the world, and subsidiaries in China of an eyewear group headquartered in France.
Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelor of Science majored in Special Application English (ESP) of Shanghai Jiao Tong University;
Juris Master of Fudan University;
Practicing member of the All China Lawyers Association; and
Non-practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
