Melinda Lee
The founder principal of Melinda Lee & Co, a Hong Kong law firm affiliated with Sam Zhang & Co.
Melinda is based in Hong Kong. She has nearly two decades of experience in assisting foreign clients in direct investments in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. She counsels clients on international business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, setting up manufacturing facilities in southern China, general corporate and employment law in Asia.
