Tang Xiaobo (Benson)
Benson is based in Shanghai. He has almost 20 years of experience in advising clients with respect to Chinese corporate and commercial law, particularly in the areas of foreign direct investment, operational legal compliance, labor law, customs, anti-unfair competition, and commercial dispute resolution. Benson represents and has successfully advised many major U.S. and European companies on doing business in China.He is a practicing PRC lawyer and also a non-practising member of the China Association of Certified Accountants.

- Advised various American and European industrial and fast consumption goods companies (beer, whisky, milk, biscuits and alcoholic beverages) in the operational legal compliance and IP protection in China;
- Acted for multinational companies in PRC litigation, labor arbitration, and administrative investigations (Customs, AIC and FDA);
- Advised a major American brewing company in the acquisition of Chinese brewing assets and subsequent expansion projects;
- Acted for multinational chemical and food corporations in a number of greenfield projects in China;Handled PRC labor-related matters for major multinational corporations in China.
