Sharon Zhang
Sharon has over 10 years of experience in advising clients on Chinese corporate and commercial law matters. She counseled many US and European clients on foreign direct investment issues, mergers and acquisitions, international business transactions, financing, real property, customs, general corporate and labor law. Sharon is based in Hong Kong and works in the capacity of a legal consultant.
