Gu Jun (Nina)
Nina Gu has several years of experience in advising clients on Chinese corporateand commercial law, particularly in the areas of foreign direct investment, international business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, labor law, customs, and commercial dispute resolution.
